If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchased item, please return it in its original condition with
proof of purchase and we’ll exchange (which is subject to availability) or refund it. Unless your purchase is faulty,
this should be within 30 days of dispatch date of your order.

Please note: Accessories, purchased, may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may
be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the dispatch date. Online orders, can be returned via
our returns address which is found at the bottom of this page. If you are returning an item via post please be aware
that it can sometimes take up to 14 days, from you returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please remember to obtain Proof of postage from the Post Office or your delivery company.
  • We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs incurred for returning unwanted products for international or UK orders.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed and refund credited to your account.
  • If returning hardware, it must contain all the components (cables, memory sticks, Manuals, etc.).
